New administration at ITESI



The Instituto Tecnológico Superior de Irapuato (ITESI) is making a large number of changes in these last semesters that many may not like and others may not care. One of the biggest changes was the new administration. The new director has already made many changes at an academic and structural level, she changed the English subject, that we must remain in class even if the teacher is not there.

If I analyzed the opinions of my classmates about painting the school, I will see the opinions that it would be better to improve the service, such as placing soap and paper in the bathrooms, better internet, among other things.

If the new admission decides to make the changes that are proposed, they will have to listen to the students about what changes they propose.

If it is a change to be able to improve, we will accept this change that is taking place at the university.

    I don't like the new administration of Itesi because they have done things that don't make sense, such as appointing prefects as if we were in high school, they should better finish other things like the buildings or improve the school instead of spending on it On the other hand, they have also done things like firing teachers who did not meet the profile or who were not sufficiently prepared.

    I currently like some aspects of the new management. I like that they are maintaining the buildings. There are aspects in which I agree with my colleagues that are not relevant and that they are a waste of resources that could be used for other things.

    Personally, I did not like the new administration, because they should have a budget for essential things, rather than prefects that are unnecessary. In addition to the fact that they took away good teachers from us.

    In my opinion, I consider that the ITESI changes is very unneccesary in, for example, the baddest administration of the principal, taking away good teachers by the learning method or the job ways, thinking on quit the week 17 for avoid the students recuperation, treat the students be like 12 or 15 years children, etc. In conclusion, the principal should thought about the students state if they both want to provide a better experience in the collegue
